Try your own car if possible
Drive the complete route from the street: ramp, tight corners, turns and the final approach to the assigned bay. Check columns, low walls and the space left by neighbouring cars.
Once parked, open the doors as you would when carrying bags or helping a child out. A bay that technically fits a car may still be awkward to use.
Check the route on foot
Walk from the bay to the apartment. Notice lighting, doors, lift access and whether there is a sensible route for luggage or groceries.
One practical trial during a viewing can prevent a small frustration repeated every day.
