Study what surrounds the building
Look for vacant plots, construction notices and the routes used by building traffic. Ask the agent or building management whether nearby work is already known.
Visit during working hours. An evening viewing may hide noise, dust or delivery traffic that affects a weekday routine.
Treat the future as uncertain
Request the plot number and check official property information where available. A current empty plot does not guarantee a permanent open view; neither does a rumour prove that construction is approved.
If the view carries a price premium, decide whether you would still value the apartment if the surroundings changed.
