Test the home while you are there
With the agent’s permission, run the shower and check whether the water pressure is comfortable. Turn on the air conditioning and listen for unusual noise. Make a call from the room where you are most likely to work or sleep.
Close the windows and pause. Can you still hear the road, a nearby venue or construction? Visit at a different time if noise is important to your decision.
Finish the journey
Walk from the assigned parking space through the lift lobby to the front door. Notice the lighting, access doors and how long the journey feels while carrying shopping or luggage.
None of these small tests replaces a professional inspection. They do help you decide what deserves a second viewing or a more detailed question before committing.
